I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The quirky bunk beds in the room were so fun and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely stay here again as it's great value for money. The quiet atmosphere with the bunk beds and the peaceful surroundings added to a relaxing experience.

The hotel rooms were quite warm, making it hard to sleep at night due to uncomfortable beds and holes in the bedding, especially concerning since our room was on the ground floor with a window facing the main outside path. On the bright side, my little boy was thrilled by the amazing view above us.

The staff were friendly but not very enthusiastic, and we were disappointed with the lack of response to our complaint from March 24th, despite promises of a partial refund. Laundry service was good.

The location was fantastic, offering a great place to relax with a chill-out area for older children. Close to the theme park but a bit isolated behind bushes.

The dining experience was not great as there was no milk for my son's cereal, although it was good value for money with decent quality. A bit inconvenient having to go across the car park to the diner.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with bunk beds and individual TVs, plus they even had sweets waiting for us. The bathroom was a real highlight, large and luxurious. However, the decor felt a bit like a cold circus tent, dark and not very cozy.

The room was big with plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom was lovely and spacious, with a bath and a shower. Couldn't find a fault with the room at all.

The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. There was just a small hiccup when I misunderstood the room availability timing, but they handled it professionally.

The location was perfect for the theme park and had convenient parking. The added bonus of a restaurant in the hotel was a definite plus. Great for families and very quiet and peaceful.

The dining experience was good overall, but could use a bit more variety. One incident with the staff grabbing my daughter's pancakes was a bit disappointing, especially in a family-oriented hotel.
